Using your community and local government to learn and possibly help pay for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Services.

The prospect of seeking out a diagnostic evaluation for a child can seem overwhelming and scary to many parents. Most parents say when they first suspect something is different about their child’s development, they do not even know what their first steps should be. As with many areas of getting services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, the exact procedure to getting a diagnosis may vary from state to state. Below you will find the general guidelines to follow to ensure that a child receives the most accurate diagnosis.

We work directly with local Regional Centers in LA County. They will be able to be a resource for you with all of your inquiries regarding Autism Spectrum Disorder support.

Part of the Autism Society of America, this organization promotes lifelong access and opportunities for persons within the autism spectrum.

Financial aid for autistic kids is available to residents of California through the Regional Center system through paid services.

Autism Speaks is dedicated to increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders, to funding research into the causes and prevention of ASD.

The mission of the National Autism Association is to respond to the most urgent needs of the autism community, providing real help and hope so that all affected can reach their full potential.
